Are acrylic nails safe for 13 year olds. If I had a daughter I wouldnt let her breathe those fumes nor would I subject her to the power-drill filing necessary to prepare the bare nails for acrylics it weakened my nails forevernot just the surface but the vibrations permanently messed up the matrix below. My step DD will be 13 next month and I am thinking about present ideas. Im a nail tech and wouldnt do a 12 year old.
