Real Nail Broke Under Acrylic

Buffalo New York 4471 posts Jun 18th 12 Yesterday at the park DS was coming down the slide and as I put my hands up to catch him he kicked my hand and hit my pinky finger ripping off my fake nail halfway and my real nail with it.

Real nail broke under acrylic. About three weeks ago a client who comes to me for manicures was going on holiday and had broken one nail. It looked as good as new. OMG You have to see my nail.

I went to my nail technician and she cut both the acrylic and the real nail off and then put a new fake nail over the top. I was bleeding it hurts burns. If the pain is real and you see damage to the nail then just fixing it may cause a few.

I prep the nails correctly I have a cuticle bit to clean the cuticle area and I wipe the nail with alcohol dehydrate the nail and prime the nail. Apply dehydratorpH balance and let dry. Spray glue dryer to set and then buff the nail until smooth.

However that doesnt mean that you should immediately. Trim what you can around it and file as close to the actual nail as possible especially the edges this will prevent it catching on anything and pulling it further. The first step is to assess the damage to the nail and the nail bed beneath the nail.

Omg my nail literally looks the same from play fighting with my bf and he fell on my finger it hurt super bad but my cuticle is pushed a little more down like its bigger but its the same finger and my real nail is detached from the bed its stuck on the acrylic nail like only the body part the sides are still attached to the nail bed so I dont know what to do it hurts sooo bad.
